Recently, I shared the exciting news that Musicbuds is evolving into Diversitybuds.
This is a shift that reflects our growing mission to support educators in embedding diversity, equity, and inclusivity (DEI) in early years and primary childhood settings.

Thanks for your messages of encouragement – they have been wonderful to read, and I really do appreciate you taking the time to write to me. I’m so grateful to be on this journey with you!

At the heart of this change is something I truly believe:

…small changes can create a big impact.

Whether it’s the way we interact with our young learners, (and, in fact, all the people around us), the language we choose to use and model, or the songs that we share with children, each small moment helps to shape a world where every child feels valued, seen, and included.

However, I also know that bringing DEI into, and across, daily practice can feel overwhelming.

Especially when time is short and there’s so much else to think about.

That’s why we’re celebrating our first week as Diversitybuds by offering you a FREE RESOURCE that will make it easier for you to incorporate simple, positive DEI approaches into your daily interactions:

This free resource is packed with simple, actionable ways to nurture inclusivity in the early and primary years, from using diverse books and media to encouraging turn-taking in songs and games.

Small, simple steps that, together, make a world of difference.

So, as we step forward with Diversitybuds, I’d love to hear from you:
👉🏼 What’s one small action you’ve taken recently that’s had a positive impact in your setting?
👉🏼 Do you have any burning DEI questions that we can help you with?

If so, please do contact us. I always love hearing your insights, and we’re passionate about helping you in your practice by creating resources that resonate with your concerns and uncertainties, so that you can become the most confident DEI role model to others.

Thank you for being part of this evolving journey.

How many of our ‘10 tips’ do you think you could use through this upcoming week?

Wishing you fun and confidence as you explore our tips!
